The Laslett Hotel, Notting Hill, London.
The Laslett is a new hotel from Tracy Lowy and Living Rooms, inspired by Notting Hill’s rich cultural heritage it takes its name from Rhaune Laslett, a local activist who organised the original Notting Hill Festival, which would eventually evolve into the famous Carnival.
Designers Waldo Works Studio and Living Rooms asked Nocturne to design a bespoke family of lamps to complement the differing room configurations at the hotel. We designed the Gil lamp for the project and built wall, desk and bedside versions and a standard lamp with a built in table.
The Gil is available to buy from the website here.
